Terms of Service

Last updated: July 28, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Appcly SEO Dashboard ("the Service"), operated by Appcly ("we", "us"). The Service is provided to Appcly clients and staff under a direct business relationship, not as a self-serve public product. By accessing the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts & Access

Accounts are provisioned by Appcly. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at admin@appcly.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

3. Google Account Authorization

If you connect a Google account to the Service, you authorize Appcly to access the specific Google Business Profile and/or Search Console data covered by the permissions you grant, for the purpose of providing SEO and local marketing services on your behalf (such as viewing performance metrics, and — where you've enabled it — replying to reviews and publishing posts). You may revoke this authorization at any time from your Google Account permissions page; see our Privacy Policy for details.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to access data for any business you are not authorized to represent.
  • Attempt to bypass access controls or interfere with the Service's operation.
  • Use the Service to publish content that is unlawful, deceptive, or violates Google's own policies for Business Profile or Search Console content.

5. Content & AI-Assisted Features

The Service may use AI to help draft content such as review replies, posts, or blog content. This content is provided as a starting point; you are responsible for reviewing it before it is published on your behalf, and for ensuring it is accurate and appropriate.

6. Service Availability

We aim to keep the Service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Appcly is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
