Appcly SEO Dashboard ("the Service", "we", "us") is an internal platform operated by Appcly to manage SEO, content, and local business marketing on behalf of our clients. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how it is protected — including data accessed through Google APIs.
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google account data obtained through OAuth (including Business Profile and Search Console data) is used solely to provide and improve the Service's user-facing features described in this policy. We do not sell this data, and we do not use it for advertising purposes. Human access to this data is limited to authorized Appcly staff for the purposes of providing support, and only when necessary for security, legal compliance, or with the account owner's consent.
We do not sell or rent personal information. We do not share client or Google account data with third parties except: (a) service providers that help us operate the Service (such as our hosting and database providers) under confidentiality obligations, (b) when required by law, or (c) with the account owner's explicit consent.
We retain account and business data for as long as an account remains active, or as needed to provide the Service. A client may revoke Appcly's access to their Google account at any time from their Google Account permissions page. Revoking access stops future syncing but does not automatically delete previously synced data — contact us to request deletion.
We use industry-standard safeguards — including encrypted connections, access controls, and authenticated API access — to protect data against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. OAuth tokens are stored server-side and are never exposed to client browsers.
Questions about this policy or requests to access, correct, or delete your data can be sent to admin@appcly.com.
